ABC Book Challenge |C|
It’s Friday so you know what that means! Another edition of the ABC book challenge! This week the letter is C! We are getting SO CLOSE to the end of Blogtober and I am so proud of myself for keeping up with this! If you’ve missed the last two posts, basically you look for memorable books and TBR books that start with a certain letter. The previous letters will be at the bottom of the post!
*I am ignoring “the” and “a” at the beginning of titles this week because it was hard to find titles that started with a “C” without those!
Memorable books starting with “C”
A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas – Yes, I am trash for Maas! ACOMAF was the best in this series in my opinion, but I do realize that there are a LOT of issues with both of her series. But it’s still one of my favorites.
A Conjuring of Light by V.E. Schwab – This was a great ending to a great series! If you haven’t read this series yet I highly recommend it, Schwab is one of those writers who makes you really feel for the “bad guys” by the end.
The Cruel Prince by Holly Black – not gonna lie, I loved this when I first read it but now that its been a few months, it’s not my favorite and I don’t love it as much now. But it’s still a memorable book that starts with a C!
Crown of Midnight by Sarah J Maas – I think that this is one of my favorite books in this series! The reveal of the end of Celaena’s true identity is amazing, even though you can kind of guess throughout the first two books, it’s still so fantastic how it actually gets revealed!
TBR books that start with “C”
Cinder by Marissa Meyer – So many people love this series and I love retellings, so I’ll get to this one EVENTUALLY!
Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi – Okay, don’t get mad at me but I’ve had this since it came out and still haven’t read it. I still am really excited for this, but I’m so afraid that it won’t live up to the hype!
Caraval by Stephanie Garber – With the second book out recently and the third on the way, I really really really need to get to this book! I haven’t had much luck with circus themed books in the past, but I hope that I enjoy this one!
A Crown for Cold Silver by Alex Marshall – Sneak peak at my October book haul! I just bought this one because of Piera on youtube LOVED this series so I of course needed to pick it up! I’ll link her review here, because it’s short and to the point!
City of Bones by Cassandra Claire – I feel like everyone and their mother has read this series at this point, and technically I did read the first two books but it was SO long ago that I feel like I would have to reread both of those to get back into it. So here it is on my TBR.
