I did a bookshelf tour a few months ago, but I’ve rearranged since then and got some new additions, so I thought that it’s time to do another tour! This one I’ll be splitting up into two parts: my two main shelves an then my two extra shelves. Today will be my main shelves! These sit right in front of my couch next to my TV, so I’m constantly looking at these… Read More
This was such a fantastic book! It’s like Six of Crows meets Atlantis: The Lost Empire meets Indiana Jones and if that doesn’t appeal to you, then I don’t know what would.
Holy crap. This book had me hooked and wanting more from start to finish! This has two separate POVs in different times: Beth in the 1980s and Clara in 2017. The book opens with Beth’s perspective, and she is the mother of a young, very dangerous and disturbed girl. Her POV was so incredibly disturbing and gave me the chills! Alright, I’m finally getting around to doing my best and worst of the year posts! These are honestly my favorite posts to read and it’s my first year actually being able to do them myself!

I’m so glad that I finally read it because it was just what I needed! Not only does it have a ton of murder (trigger warning for blood, gore, and all that) but it also has elemental magic, adventures, and a touch of… Read More
I had a lot of fun doing Blogtober back in October, but it really wore me out and put me into a blogging slump of sorts. But because I enjoyed it so much, I knew that I wanted to participate in Blogmas but I wasn’t really keen on doing the entire month of December. Then I decided to do 12 days of Blogmas, sort of like the 12 Days of Christmas! That… Read More
